The world is out of balance due to an Apex Control model and system component isolation preventing comprehensive dynamic feedback processing iterations. Google waves allow for the implementation of a base or collective control model.

Although Apex Control may have been necessary and the only option till now. Technology has provided for the realization of a dream, true Democracy participatory self government as outlined on One Click Revolution. Up until now individuals with finite minds, capacity and individual weakness were the main operators of the system. Google waves allow for the manifestation of an Authenticated and Measured voice of the people which carries it's full weight in the determination of policy, intent and action. It allows for formal structured open Socratic dialog.
